Mother's Day 1967In 1967 Another Mother
for Peace was catapulted into the national consciousness and
conscience by the first Peace Homework, a Mother's Day
Card. Though only 1000 cards were ordered initially, ultimately
almost 200,000 were sent. The offices of numerous Senators and
Representatives were flooded with mail bags filled with a message
urging them to work for peace.

Please talk peace.
